Rented the Bunkie last summer. Had a great time with my granddaughter. Everyone was friendly. We both loved it so much we are returning again this year.

Some Great locals... but run by an openly racist bigot.. I went to buy a trailer, deal was good, met with all the locals, and was there for 3 hours beforehand.. chatting with people. No problems, ready to spend over 17K. Then told im won't be a suitable fit by the woman and husband who own the place... Didnt even bother to check my PERFECT credit score. Locals were shocked and the trailer owner was so incredibly embarrassed.. I had to calm them down, because this is the unfortuate reality we live in.. Welcome to Highland Park Resort... where your money and credit is no good.. if your a person of colour... Think the Human Rights Board of Ontario.. will be hearing about this. add note response (Aug 16/16): typical excuse.. now its my attire instead won't look at the application? and obviously you don't know the definition of bigot, sterotyping or prejudice. Judging people on their appearance of anykind, falls under that category. But nice attempt to save face... I was there for 3 hrs.. went to leave.. and was grabbed by the owners... given the it costs extra speech as a deterant.. which i said fine.. money wasnt the biggest issue.. and when that didnt work.. im stopped going back into the park.. and told.. Im not welcome here... which is caught on my DASHCAM.. YEP.. i never drove into the park when i first arrived.. only after doing a store run. which i was told COMING IN.. The owners just had a bad feeling... as all bigots say Met the husband right when I came to the park 3HRS EARLIER... even asked how do we do the process... He wasnt sure.. said he'd find out.. and never returned.. Until it was to stop me walking up to pick up my car.. which was in the front.. Thats the problem with your story.. and its the standard " lets blame the other guy" instead of the business 101. Only reason I didn't address it, in a more.. vocal manner.. is that.. im much better than you.. Ive had to deal with ignornant people like yourself all my life... and because the trailer owner.. and the REAL locals who sat and chatted with us.. were nice people.. I left it be.. because thats what you dont see.. who people really are... A sociology major, who follow political science.. like people follow sports... Of course others may side with the owners.. bigots and racists.. tend to hang together..
