I visited with my partner and his family this weekend, and we had a wonderful time! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We went to do the paddle boats on their pond, but it didn't work out very well for us and we ended up doing it for only 10 minutes out of the hour we rented it for. When we went inside and explained what happened they were more than happy to either refund the money or let us exchange it for an hour on their bikes instead. Later in the night we made a camp fire outside our cabin, and another staff member gave us extra wood left over from a campfire from that night they were doing. We were able to keep our fire going to rest of the night because of this. The staff really went over the top and made is a great experience .

I highly recommend this campground if you plan to be camping in the Niagara Falls area. We stayed here while visiting the Falls, only take about 10 minutes to get to the Falls from the campground. Checking in was very plesent, very friendly and helpful staff. They provided a lot of information about viewing the Falls. The camp site was a typical KOA site, where all sites are close together. We had a pull through site which was very level. Two pools, our kids used the unheated pool and they had a great time. They have a lot of other things to do at the campground.

Amazing 1st Father's Day weekend for us and what a perfect place to celebrate!!! From the moment you pull up to the beautiful flags flying letting you know you're here, to an easy & very very friendly check-in this KOA sets the standard! Absolutely gorgeous layout of grounds, great fishing pond for kids and cabins. DOG Friendly! Clean restrooms and showers. Great staff. Win all around. We shall be back!

Nice location, good entrance and nice store. Heated pool and clean facilities. The only thing I did not like about this location is you had to pay a toll every time coming onto the island from any direction. AT&T service is good.

We camped in a tent from Tuesday to Saturday. The Staff were friendly and Facilities were clean. There had a huge inflated trampoline, 2 pools, bike and trike rentals. A fun place for families. It was patrolled, trash was picked up. I would recommend camping during the week. On the weekend another kind of people check in that disrespect the bathrooms.
