I have been doing The Buff Mom for 5 years now and, quite frankly, find it to be the best workout program that I have ever done! It is a fun and multi-levelled program in which you feel safe to workout at your own pace. Leslie and her team do a great job at creating this positive environment by cheering everyone on, giving you motivation during the workout, and celebrating people's success stories. Leslie constantly changes the program to keep it interesting. I don't think I have ever had a session that has been the same, which I think is AMAZING! Leslie and her team always send you off with an inspirational quote or tip at the end of each class which helps to motivate you to keep going on. They truly care about your success and strive to help you meet your goals. I highly recommend this program to people of all fitness levels!

The Buff Mom offers classes and on-line workouts that guide you to healthy living. You can workout at one of the numerous scheduled classes in your area or using one of the workouts Leslie has on The Buff Mom TV in the comfort of your home or while travelling. In addition to the motivating workouts there are links for nutritional recipes and lifestyle advice. Having been a member of the Buff Mom family for over three years I can unequivocally give two thumbs-up to Leslie and her team for their dedication to the members. They are never too busy to answer questions and are genuinely interested in you obtaining your goals.

Amazing! This is an outstanding fitness class that also gives you a bit of the personal trainer experience. You can also get access to tons of online support including 30 minute workout videos to do at home and healthy recipes. The classes are definitely challenging but are suitable for everyone as different options are provided for each fitness level. The atmosphere at every class is always positive, motivating and encouraging. It's an amazing group to be a part of!

Leslie runs an AMAZING bootcamp class! She is full of positive energy, enthusiasm and truly cares about each and every one of her clients. I saw incredible results from following her program and look forward to attending her classes each week. She offers something for every fitness level, allowing you to challenge yourself to achieve your personal fitness goals. Her small step messages at the end of each class are inspiring and leave you in a positive mindset, helping you to focus in your personal fitness journey. I highly recommend The Buff Mom to anyone looking for that "push" to get back/into fitness!

I wish I had learned to work out this way long before having kids! The Buff Mom program works; you will be motivated each class by an enthusiastic instructor, (LOVE Leslie!), be a part of a supportive group of women and lose inches! The work outs are always changing to really push your body out of its comfort zone and to ensure that you never get bored! For me, the best part about the class is the cool down. Not only have you just killed it in an awesome work out, but you are encouraged to focus on yourself through “small steps”, (attainable goals that you can reach each week). I’ve been a member for four years and baby after baby, I just keep coming back!
