Loved going there when I was growing up. I really liked CMI and the Northern Illinois band camp..I learned a lot about Music Friendship and the Lord..I'm hoping to come out there this summer..Lots of good memories and the people too.

This is not a good camp, the staff did nothing when I was bullied, I was encouraged to kill myself because"God Hates Gays", I went through a lot at this camp and the only highlight I can give about this camp is that crying myself to sleep was the only joy I found in spare time we had. Me and a few other kids experienced the same. I was bullied by staff and campers due to my sexuality. They brought out a "sexpert" and even made fun of LGBT. Getting sprayed with water at night, being told that "Fags go to hell" while being sprayed with water was horrendous. This was more of a conversion camp than a church camp.

WOW! I went to camp wonderland when I was 8yrs old. I'm 46 now and I want to go again. That was the best time of my life. I learned how to swim there. It was a taste of heaven. We even went camping in the woods. We went on exciting hikes. It was wonderful.
