I must say I have been a seasonal camper in this park for 27 years..this is our happy place.. have always been treated with respect and I have respect for the owners and this beautiful park..yes there are rules but none that will break you...come visit you will love it

We were seasonal campers for one summer. We went to open our trailer for the 2017 season and instead of a friendly greeting from the owners, my wife and I were yelled and screamed at for parking on the grass in our designated parking space in front of our trailer site. Then the owners son continued to irrationally yell and scream and ordered us out of his trailer park. We are rule abiding, only go there maybe 5 times in the summer. I will also add what is the point of not keeping up your boat ramp for your campers? We had to drive to a proper boat ramp every time we wanted to go fishing and pay $4.00 each time. And the owners are always spying on campers to see what they are doing. Awful people since when is grass more important than people?

Me and my family have camped at Bayview for more than 15 years. Its our spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its quiet, well taken care of, and the owners do there best to treat everyone fairly. The sites are huge and the sunsets don't come any better. Of course there are rules but there are rules wherever you go and thats what keeps the place orderly. Funny how the people who give bad reviews are the ones who get told to leave because there special and think the rules shouldn't apply to them.

*** NOT BICYCLE FRIENDLY *** We arrived around 8pm looking to put our tent somewhere for one night. They turned us away, very rude. There’s no other camping less than 45 minutes biking distance away... We sat down for 5 minutes in front of their front desk, desperately looking for somewhere for the night as it was getting dark. They threatened us to leave and said we were disrupting the peace of their camping (while silently being on our phones...) Horrible human beings.

Beautifully kept park with plenty of space between sites. This is a very very quiet park with mostly 55+ patrons and I rarely see small children, so if you are looking for a young family oriented park with planned activities this is not the place for that.
