I moved a trailer there nine years ago I loved the place Glenn the owner at the time was very pleasant hospitable and easy to negotiate with unfortunately Glenn died and his daughter Janice took over the park Janice befriended my girlfriend my girlfriend decided she wanted to be at the park with out me and devised a plan to have me removed from the park she told them that I was abandoning the trailer and allegedly going to burn it in my box this is lateral violence he said she said there’s been many excuses as to why I’ve been removed from the park from not paying the rent to abandoning the trailer she did not give proper notice or proper timeframe to remove the trailer never mind destroying it and then has the goal to charge me $10,000 for removing it and won’t return my belongings very precious Momentos that I took to my trailer as keepsakes and conversation pieces all gone

Wonderful park.Janice is great! Lovely river, docks and lake. The firewood was stocked, there are washrooms with showers, great campsites and nice trails to hike on. Overall had a great time and would recommend coming here. Very reasonably priced and close to a store if you need anything. If you need a great wilderness getawa, Kings Portage lived up to its name. Thanks!
