Best trailer park around. This is also the most affordable place in the Wasaga Beach area. There is a real community feeling here that dates back generations. Many of the campers are long term owners who have brought their families & friends to share the experience & expand the social network far beyond just the trailer park. The location is great, just 1 minute outside of town.

I used to love this park. But,the owners have let the unpermitted building of illegal decks and add-a-rooms get out of control. Marg(owner) will wait until your project is half built. She then tells you to pay $500 ( or more depending) or else you must leave park. So everyone now has huge decks and additions. The park is over half portugese. If u enjoy extremely loud people you will love Bells park. I used to believe i wanted to retire to Bells for the summer months. I wouldnt ever return if i was paid. Absolutely disgusting way to spend a quiet, peaceful vacation!!

Absolutely adore it when I visit my nana here. It's cozy and there are so many trees so it is shaded and cool. The public showers are decent...the bathroom have a ton of spiders over the entrance so have fun with that. The park is quite large and I always have fun exploring

As a visitor to this park and our walk around it is beautifully kept. We just love the area. And keep up the good work.
