I've never considered myself athletic or fit. Quite honestly, I hate physical activity, but I've surprised myself with how addicted I've become to these classes! As someone who enjoys my free time, I'd rather have an effective intense sweat in their 30 minute HIIT sessions, as opposed to spending mindless hours at the gym. Each day focuses on a different area of the body and there are multiple classes throughout the day to accommodate all schedules. I prefer this flexible format over conventional gym classes, where classes I wanted to attend were never scheduled when I was available. It's a non-intimidating environment and if you book a class that's off their peak times, you get a great personal training experience. Love the trainers who are motivating and genuinely there for you to succeed. I got sucked in with a Groupon deal and didn't expect to take my membership further, but now I'm a happy client who has seen positive results and can't wait to see where I'll be in the next 6 months. Don't let the word "bootcamp" scare you! This is a fun and supportive community for all levels and I'm glad it has helped me incorporate physical activity to my lifestyle.
