Rented a trailer for the weekend and there was no propane so we couldn't use the stove, no hot water and our toilet was not working the first night and it was leaking all over the floor. the next day they fixed the toilet and said that they said they will be coming to fill the propane tank so we bought groceries to make breakfast the next morning then when we got back they called and said they couldn't make it out. They offered for us to move trailers but we didn't want to go through all the trouble to pack up and move again for one more night. They did give us free firewood and ice/ice cream and a 10% discount which isn't even the tax. I feel as though that is not good enough considering we couldn't even use our amenities for the price we paid. The trailer was beautiful though, brand new and comfy bed and a nice fireplace its a shame we couldn't use it properly. The people are really friendly and welcoming though its just unfortunate we had to have this experience.

Definately lives up to its name, drove past it. We were there out of season but it looks like it would be a great place in the summer

Very quiet relaxing campground! Near San Antonio so you can visit all the great attractions like the Alamo, River Walk, and more! The Campground has newer tiled restroom/showers which were very nice, and a nice laundry facility! Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful in finding parking downtown and suggesting less well-known places to visit!

Campground was in a beautiful location and had a great atmosphere with a lot of potential. It was a quiet restful place. It was very pretty. My only complaint was the condition of the washroom and outhouse facilities. They were very dirty (had been vandalized) and when we complained to management nothing was resolved in the following 14 hours. No way to run a facility. We left.

I have stayed at this park for 4 years now and overall it’s eh, let’s start with the Bad stuff I was bullied and kids vandalized the bathroom stall with an inappropriate comment from them and I went to the office for them to paint over it and they still haven’t and that was two years ago, the water and hydro shuts off sometimes the pool doesn’t open til late in the year the play park isn’t safe and there’s not much to do and they charge to much from what they used to. To the good stuff the people there are kind employers are sort of helpful the campsites are ok
