I first came here as a child with my dad about 12-15 years ago and left with such a positive impression that I came back with my friends to celebrate a low-key bachelor party weekend. We stayed in the cottage which was well furnished, had a nice new tv, and all the necessities to enjoy a long weekend with some friends. The lake is great for swimming in and we also had the opportunity to take in some canoeing. As it is today, it looks like we will be coming back again next summer.

Spent almost every summer there my entire life! It's like a second home.

I like this camp, newly renovated rooms with great water front views! The owners are really nice and we got a lot of help! The most important is that this place is pet friendly!

Just back from staying the weekend at this cottage. Wow, what a perfect little getaway. Everything you could need inside the cottage is there. We had lots of room on the lawn for games, and our little dog loved all the exploring. Can't wait to go back next year! Thanks Ken for a wonderful weekend.

What a hidden gem Barkwick Camp turned out to be! Myself, my boyfriend and our dog booked a last-minute weekend trip here and it was an incredible little getaway. Ken and Kelly are very helpful, accommodating, friendly and kindhearted people and the cottage was beautiful! They'd clearly put much thought into the cottage's recent upgrades and it's in a perfect location. Not to mention the price is extremely reasonable! Very satisfied with our experience and will definitely be going back!!
