My Husband Nick and myself and our German Shepherd have stopped here twice and both times where treated with kindness and generosity...let me begin...we pulled up in the pouring rain to check in...I talked with Frank I bit to see if he remembered us from last year and he did...I happened to mention that our slide was not going out and how hard it was to maneuver around inside with 2 adults and a 100lb dog ....standing outside in the pouring rain Frank talked to my husband regarding our slide...he said he would come over with his brother and take a look...I assumed maybe when the rain stopped ...but nope in the pouring down rain Frank and his brother got our slide to come in and out by ...by-passing somethings (not really sure ) but the slide was out and that's all that mattered...and the time we spent there they spent countless hrs playing frisbee or ball with Onac. Thank you so much we will be back Elaine I love your quilts I will cherish them forever Sincerely Nick,LeeAnne and Onac Marchese

Husband and I got the last site, the day before July 1st. They held it for us on the honor system, and didn't turn us away when we showed up with our four dogs. Awesome people, so welcoming, generous, and eager to help their guests. VERY reasonable rates, which includes free firewood, and showers. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, and the showers had phenomenal pressure. Check in area was large, and housed a coin operated washer and dryer. There is also a large bookcase with a good selection of books, and some toys for kids. The grounds were very well maintained, the flower gardens, and planters gorgeous. There is a nice playground area with a large sandbox. An outdoor sink area with running water, which is perfect for washing up dishes. My only complaint, we couldn't stay longer, and it is so far from home, would love to be able to visit often. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, finding out the name of the flowers (foxgloves) for me, and putting up with our dogs. Amy & Harvey
