Very quite place, was here on the long weekend ( Canada day) only complaint I have is that the communications between the owner and staff needs improvement , took me 4 days to finally get a site booked, finally after getting bounced around I phone the place a 4th time and got some other lady who booked me in right away. once we arrived there found out you have to be buzzed to enter back into the park unless you are a seasonal camper.. They should have key cards for weekenders ( they could always charge a disposit for the key) other then these two things, the park was quite nice, the pool was nice, the slide they had a live band Saturday night, it was pot luck ( we didn't go but sounded like everyone was having a great time, our site was a great spot, very private large sites. A+

Second year at park. Feels like family. Good times. Owner and staff work hard at keeping us happy. Every Saturday around dinner time they give the kids a tractor ride around the park.

Fabulous. Enjoyed every minute I spent there, and everything is so affordable and cheap. Beautiful heated pool and an amazing water slide. Out of all the trailer parks I have tried in dunnville this is definitely my favourite park

I don't like writing reviews especially bad ones, but this time just want to help people not to get into bad situation as we did. Park owners and management are just the bunch of liers. All their promises are just cheap lies. The parking spots i basically a swamp. All I got last season is mud everywhere and bad smell. My tailer sunk to half of its wheels. Water always stink as rotten eggs. That really concerned me about health risk by using it. So all my memories of this park is mud, stink and drunk owner driving around with loud music from his corvette... Just avoid this place...
