Just an observation for those who have left the park unhappy. The park has had major changes this year - saltwater pool being one of them.. Park is open as of May 5, 2017. Please give Silent Valley Cottage and RV Resort another chance. It is a beautiful park .

Nice place to stay

Well, where do I start..... I was in this park for 6 years as a seasonal. We met quite a bit of people over that 6 years. When it was privately owned it was taken care alot better. The rules were the same for everyone, everyone was treated equal. Then Parkbridge took over and kept someone in the office that could for the most part only deal with the male species. She would turn down customers saying weekends were booked when many sites were available. Grass was never cut on a regualr basis, garbage cans werent emptied, guests would go to check in and her and her daughter would be arguing,. Seasonals would pull weeds and get into trouble and told not to touch as it wasnt their job. Docks along the beach were busted up and seasonals would fix. Managers would be at golf course drinking and then come back and patrol park. There was a child molester in the park and yet the people that own the trailer he was visiting was still in park. Seen golf carts ditched and reported as stolen. Manager complained to seasonal people that parkbridge wouldnt stand behind her to get someone kicked out that was about to punch her out. I have NEVER seen so much drama in a park in all the years i have been camping. They really need to take control, so many people have left the park and/or talk of how unhappy they are. Probably an okay park if your a weekender, otherwise stay away! And i agree with another post of washrooms need to be updated!!
