Would give 5 stars for the facility but only gets 3 for the staff. The younger staff particularly Mallory was very polite and helpful. Upon check-in the older woman was very curt and impatient and annoyed when answering our questions. The campground itself is beautiful and very well kept as are the bathrooms. The fees are slightly absurd when it comes to guests. But otherwise a good experience overall.

Nice well kept campground kids enjoyed the rec/game room also the pool and the fishing pond which was well stocked. The sites were a little small would be good for a night or 2 we made the best out of it. Some of the staff was really nice others seemed like they didnt want to be their. Overall a very fun week and close to a lot of activities

We stayed here during July 4, 2018 holiday week in our travel trailer and had a great family experience. The campground is kept-up with level gravel sites and roads. The pool was heated and clean. My children enjoyed the functional rec-room which was very clean as well. As with most campgrounds, the wi-fi was not the fastest but was dependable and reachable throughout the campground. Verizon cell/data service is very good here without the need for a booster. We will have great memories of our time spent here and hope to make it back up again next year.

This place is amazing. If you are traveling with children then you won't be disappointed. Our kids loved the pool and caught several fish in the pond. They sell discounted tickets for waldameer as well.

Our pull through, full hook-up spot was small but very nice. The site had a concrete patio equipped with table, chairs and a grill. The other side had very nice assortment of plants. The staff was very nice.
