AMAZING!!! We used the resort to stay a night and then a shuttle down to Mowat Landing for a canoe trip. For very reasonable pricing we were able to get a tidy, clean and comfortable cabin. The owners went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and gave great advice for our upcoming canoe trip. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Sean and Jason

My wife and I have been coming to Elk Lake Wilderness Resort for the last four years and each time we have yet to be disappointed. They have excellent food and the cabins are well maintained and clean. The staff here are the best you can ask for and will help you any chance they get. I look forward to coming here again!

We had an amazing time there this weekend; if I could rate it 6 stars I definitely would. The cabins are clean, cozy, and have a gorgeous view. Since they are a dog friendly resort, we packed up our Lab and she had the best time ever playing in the lake and with the other dogs camping there. As for food, wow is all we can say. The BBQ chicken pizza and the jerk chicken wings were delicious and the deep fried pickles were out of this world. A huge thanks to the owners Mary-Jo and Roger. Not only are they super gracious, but are some of the nicest people you'll meet. We look forward to coming back.

My family had a great time this weekend! The cabins are clean and cozy. The hospitality is incredible, they went above and beyond what we expected. The location is gorgeous and we even got to see the northern lights!
