My high school Girl Scout troop spent a weekend at Michigan Christian Youth Camp and they had a great time. The staff was very friendly and food was amazing...fresh fruits and vegetables with every meal. There is so much to do there. The Girl Scouts can't wait to go back.

I had a great time at camp. It’s so fun to be around people your age.

MCYC is a special place! It has a great atmosphere overlooking the lake: rustic, but not "roughing it." There are plenty of activities to choose from, including horseback riding and paintball. Try archery tag if you've never before! The food at the lodge is great—much better than stereotypical "camp food!" The staff is very helpful and well trained to make sure your experience is a great one.

Overall: Expensive and poor service. We rented MCYC for it's facilities and pretty much overpaid for dirty buildings, contaminated fishing, and limited access to those same facilities. The staff seemed so busy setting up for their summer camp we felt neglected and in the way. If you have a small party and you are there for the activities, your experience will probably be much better. Advice: Make sure you ask if the lake has been treated/is clean. Bring extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

Love it! Kids loved the activities, including horseback riding, swimming, arts and crafts, and sports.
