I needed to do laundry on my last full day, Sunday. My wife had dropped me off for my stay and so I had no car. I had $2.75 in cash, so $2 for the washer and 25c short of $1 needed for a washing soap pod. Lady at reception She refused to let me pay for the soap pod using my Visa or Debit card. I can see the company policy not bending, but she would not even personally lend me the needed 25c to buy the soap pod. I came back and offered a swap of my unused fire starter, worth $2, and enough for a camper to start 10 fires, just for the needed 25c. No, she said. So no laundry for me. I was very polite the whole time and whimpered away. Come on. If you ask someone on the street for a cigarette, the would give you one. I spend $300 on my stay there. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I thought my fellow Canadians were proud to be friendly. Ladies on other days were very nice though, as was Brendan, who maintains the site.

Riverside Park Motel and Campground is amazing. It's location is convenient for traveling to Niagara Falls while not costing a fortune like staying in the city. The mini putt was fun for the kids. The view of the Niagara River is absolutely beautiful.

Well maintained Safe, clean, quiet campground with ample natural beauty. wWe had taken 1 water and electricity site for 3 families so was very helpful. A nice riverside walk around the campsite. Sandy Crystal beach is quite closed by around 10km which can add to the fun.

Loved this place. We popped in for a weekend at the tail end of the season and just loved it. It looked like it would be great in the summer when the pool and mini putt would be open. Very clean and beautiful setting.
