spectacular campgrounds in one of the most beautiful, scenic places in the entire state! Highly recommend bringing or renting a boat to get the most of the experience. The park is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms vary from fairly new and in good condition, to fairly old and a bit run down, depending on the area. Campsites fill up fast, so reservations are recommended. Sites also vary, some being very open with no shade, to sites that are surrounded by woods. Some are more uneven than others. If you find one you like, be sure to remember the location for your next stay!

Wellesley island state park is beautiful. There is a nature center and great hiking trails through the woods and along the St Lawrence and eel Bay. The paved roads are perfect for hiking and biking if you don't prefer the wooded area.

Camped on site c-34. Sites are a little tight over here but we were lucky to not have neighbors on one side. Though staff came to clean bathrooms they were never very clean. Beautiful beach.

We love camping here! My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years and he's been here vacationing before he was even born! We were engaged at campsite B9, married right across on the boat ramp. It's a great campground for tent, campers or RV! We are actually going to try the cabins this year for the first time this year. Also kids live to bike around here. The nature center has great programs and yoga too!!!! We want to get on the canoe trip this year if we can, now the kids are bigger. It's definitely a great place for family!!!!

A cool spot for hiking and enjoying outdoors. Great views of water. Safe. Clean. Lots of mosquitos and bees. We all had fun hiking and spending a day here.
