It should be fun to spend a night, but during the day it's impossible to have any peace, boat after boat and even though it's a bit the other direction from attractions - it's still pretty noisy. Sites have wooden platform and close to water, must be unique experience after hours, probably great sunrise too.

The campsites are all next to the dock so during the day the ferry will go by you every hour or two. At night you will still hear the floating docks banging against each other. The campsites themselves are quite nice, aside from the noise and the deluge of tourists during the day. They all come with wooden platforms and a picnic table. There is an outhouse nearby. You can walk around the entire island in an hour but there is still plenty to explore.

A beautiful, serene, natural wonder if the world. There is nowhere on earth like it. If you get the chance to make a trip out here, take it. Even if it's only for a day trip. You can check out shipwrecks on your way out. Fantastic. I've been coming here since I was a young child and it is still just as mesmerizing as an adult. Come one come all, it's worth it.

Many times been around Flowerpot but first time walking the paths. Such a beautiful place. Much too busy to connect with nature when walking with a solid line of people. Take the inland path for a bit more privacy or go late in the day. Did not stay over, campsites looked private. Only 6 so you are definitely going to have a peaceful time WHEN the tour boats leave at the end of the day.

Beautiful, clean and peaceful. It's great to go hiking, enjoy the sights of the rocky structures and blue, clear water and even for a dip. Be prepared and bring your own food and drinks. Dress appropriately, like wearing hiking boots, and even bring a pair of water shoes for the rocks. I saw a handful of people with little ones and evem strollers. It's not easy to have strollers on the paths/trails so just a heads up. Enjoy the time away and disconnect. You will enjoy your time there!
