Had a group of friends there for a fun dance class. Learned a lot in 30 min. Great excercise!

I've only used the space for classes not run by the studio, so this isn't for FDC official classes, just the space. The small studio is bright, and much nicer since they put down wood floors and some mirrors. With the mirrors spanned the whole wall, but some is better than none. Main studio isn't very bright, more moody. Lots of mirrors. Lots of decorations hanging from the ceiling which can be annoying if you're tall and raise your hands up high, since you'll hit them. Painted stone walls, exposed wood ceilings, tall windows, all make for a fun atmosphere. Getting up there isn't fun, it's a third story steep walkup. can be hot in summer, cold in winter, but they do have fans and heaters to help. Main studio and hall have air conditioners, but they don't keep up to a full class in very hot weather. Wish they cleaned the floors more often, they can get quite dirty. Last complaint can't be changed, by the only washroom is at the far end of the main studio, so you have to cut through any class in progress to get to it. Owners are very friendly and community oriented. Studio rental rates are very fair, though can be in demand.

Nico was the entertainment for a 50th birthday party and got everyone dancing. Totally accessible, non threatening, and so unexpected! Great private and group classes as well. Always fun!
