Affordable family friendly trailer park with cabins, tent sites and trailers for rent. Amazing owners, super friendly people. I've been going here for years and love it! My kids love using the boats and swimming at the private Sandy beach area. Nice shallow water for kids and then water way opens to a small lake with great fishing. Clean bright green grounds, with a loss park too. Every unit has a bbq and fire pit. Made lots of great memories here with my kids and friends and excited to spend many more summers at this small town gem

Riverbank Cottages & Trailer Park is owned and operated by the NEUMANN FAMILY. This retreat away from hectic City life is a great escape for families , couples or individuals who just want to relax and enjoy the well manicured property , the swimming , boating , kayaking or paddle boating in a safe environment for children . It is run by a family and they focus on providing a great vacation experience for other families . Many families are repeat clients year after year and many cherished family memories have been made at Riverbank. Nestled amongst a mature forest on Grace River with excellent swimming on Grace Lake and access to a 2nd lake , it’s a Gem.

Don't place your memories, money or time with Alison and Mike Neumann at Riverbank. They sent a letter to us seasonal renters calling us all vandals and thief's as their wood-box was broken into. Funny really as we seasonal renters had plenty of wood to burn from clearing fallen trees in the park and burning abandoned decks. These decks were from the sites which people were forced to abandon when the township made Alison and Mike remove 40+ illegal trailers from their park. We were all denied a 10th anniversary party from Mike and Alison, as only 5 of 19 seasonal site paid their full $3500+ site fees before the park opened. Like we cared! But, I for one did not pay in full before opening, as two years ago the park was closed by bailiffs and people who, in good faith, had paid for their sites, were forced to walk away from their trailers as they were illegal sites and there was nowhere to move them to. I wanted to make sure there was a park to go to. My water was turned off by Mike due to a slight drip. Weeks later my site was flooded after a pipe burst in front on my site by the road and Mike took two days to fix it. Indicative of how issues and maintenance was handled in the park. It’s also indicative of the pettiness of it all. Despite having a history with the park with friends for over 35 years, before Mike and Alison even heard of the place, I was evicted for "being unhappy." I still no idea what they thought I was unhappy about as they never told me! I was “caught” making friends with people in Wilberforce and talking to them on the public beach. Alison and Mike blame my friends for having their illegal trailers removed. So I guess it was them that were unhappy. I had great friends up there - so we kept going, despite Alison and Mike's treatment of season renters and the sorry state the park is in. I will miss my friends, but not Mike hiding behind sheds to listening to peoples conversations or being yelled at like a kid for “bad mouthing them,” apparently, on the beach. Don’t waste a memory, a penny or an hour at Riverbank.

Considering the price per night the cottages are pretty good. Each one has a bbq with propane included, we had use of a small motor boat, there's a playground for kids, a beach, and more. The park offers lots to do and see and a good value.
