Friendly people and a pleasant day at the lake.

I'm partial to outback camping, but I stayed here for two nights once. It's a small campground with a nice little lake that seems well stocked. There's also a paddle boat and a canoe you can rent for a reasonable fee. The ppl were very nice. Good swimming and a nice road for walking. Shopping a 5 minute drive away. My only complaint would be privacy - the campground is situated in a circular fashion so you get to look at those across the way and everyone gets to see you heading for the bathroom - but that's a personal thing. Others may not mind. Also they delivered me wood that was wet, so I didn't get to have a fire my first night, which dampened my enjoyment. Probably just some fluke mistake. As far as campgrounds go, I would return here.

So sad it's closing, AMAZING place! ❤️ I would give it ten out of five stars if I could.

Have stayed at Tea Kettle twice. A very nice campground I rented an onsite trailer. There were restrooms and showers convenient to my site. Grocery store and Subway a short distance away. Adjacent lake with boats and canoes. Owners were very accommodating and supplied me with extra blankets. Look forward to my next visit.
