The owners were very welcoming. Upon our arrival Russ launched our boat, removed the trailer and parked our truck. We were given a marked map of fishing hot spots. Our cabin was clean and stocked with all the esstenials! Loved how they provided all the bedding. Beds were very comfortable with comfy pillows. We caught numerous Pike. Fantastic time, we’ll be back! Thanks Russ, Linda and Montana.

Hosts are excellent and very knowledgeable about how and where to fish. Cabins are cozy and clean and most with great views of the lake. They are close to the lodge but far enough away from each other for privacy, peace and quiet. Nice docks and screened in cleaning station. Boats and motors are in great condition. Lake has great numbers of walleyes and Northern pike. We caught a few whitefish and perch as well. There are plenty of flats, shallow bays and deep rocky drop offs to fish. It is a damned up river system so there is a very very slight current too. Our 8 man group has made numerous trips there over the years and we have always caught enough walleye to eat a meal every day and bring some home at the end of our trips.

The owners are great people. Clean modern cabins. Secluded location, but close enough to town if needed. The lake is huge and the fishing is awesome!
