I would describe it as a cookie cutter fitness class. One class fits all. Definitely beneficial but definitely better classes out there for a fraction of the price. Quite intense classes

Great location. Fantastic workouts and trainers and spacious workout place for London.

I’ve been going for the past 2 months. Its hard work but fun. My best sessions are always with JayC. He plays the best music with his workouts! It feels like I am in a club dancing with sweat dripping off my body all the while I am having an amazing workout! Highly recommended!

Fun, intense workout, but no personal attention in the large group (more than 20). Cramped, some treadmills malfunctioning, light mould in showers. Much overpriced for what it is.
