I’m Dead confused why there are so many bad reviews ?? I applied in Early June, did my 1st screening 2 weeks later, then did my 2nd screening about 3 weeks after that. Had a repeat urine test the week after and I was all good to go ! The staff where lovely like they’re all young adults so are more than happy to chat about stuff with patients, who are generally broke students such as myself. And the doctors are nice too. If they don’t get back to you I imagine it can be difficult to get in contact with them, they do sometimes just hang up before answering or leave you on hold for ages, I’d recommend trying the different numbers for Flu camp & Hvivo in order to get talking to someone in person. Sadly I can’t comment on the quarantine as i withdrew consent for the late August study due to being offered a better paying study at an earlier date by Richmond Pharmacology but even when withdrawing the staff where really pleasant and nice and fully understood why I withdrew from the test. Fully couldn’t praise them enough. Dead nice staff all round and the £110 in compensation definitely was a pleasant add on too

Applied two years ago, went for blood tests etc, then heard...nothing. Finally I emailed and was told that I would need to be retested as the original results are only valid for 6 months. Have reapplied online twice this year and heard...nothing. On hold for 50 minutes yesterday, have been holding now for 17 minutes. Rubbish. No wonder we haven't cured flu yet!

Hi, I have not attended the centre but i am writing to make a suggestion. I think this would be great to offer to homeless people. It gives them a bed off the street for 2 weeks and the money received could change their lives. It is more than enough for bond a rent to get them on their feet. Please let me know if this is something you would consider as I would love to volunteer to assist with the above. Regards, Amie
