This place is fantastic. Great 4x4 off-road park. Amenities on site such a laundry, water, power washer (the best feature after a weekend of play). Ray's has different types of accommodations so theres something for everyone. Just went on May 2-4 weekend and it was a slop show - not the easiest play for beginners but later in the season should be no problem and he does have different grades of trails. Must go if you own a Jeep/Off-road vehicle and quads. Stay safe, ride smart and have a wild time. Thanks Ray - you're a fantastic host!

Visited a couple times now with London Jeep Club. Looking forward to going back! Great accommodation, stayed in one of the rental campers and were able to go for a swim!

Great place for Offroad activity. The main building might need a face lift. The owner really listen and understand customers ideas and wishes.

Go there for the trails, the friendly staff and other occupants, but not the room rentals. Our first stay we rented a room as we did not have our camp equipment out yet. The room was disappointing and we ended up leaving after one night and eating the cost of the second night. Paper thin walls where you can clearly hear conversations being had in the next room. This meant getting very little sleep as many of rays occupants like staying up late and getting up early to start their atv runs (which is expected and not that surprising). The bed was undersized than what was advertised, and very uncomfortable. Kitchen kettle was mouldy, luckily we brought our own pot to cook in so we boiled water in that for coffee. Late in the night we had a mouse that got into our bread we had left on the counter. No WiFi which could be problematic if you it's your first time and need to download Rays trail maps for your trail run. The next day after the trail we heard similar things from other first timers in our group who also stayed in one of rays rooms. Not sure how the campsites compare but at the end of the day Rays place is for atv and jeep trails, that's what they spend their money on and work hard to keep maintained and that's what everyone goes there for! Rent a campsite or bring your own trailer :) we will be prepared for next time.
