I recently took my French exam at Alliance Française in Mississauga, and I had a really positive experience overall. I actually ran into an unexpected issue on the exam day, but the staff were incredibly supportive and professional. They handled the situation quickly and helped me resolve the problem, which I truly appreciate. Their kindness made a stressful moment much easier. The exam environment was very comfortable and well-organized. Everything felt calm and welcoming, which really helped me stay focused. I also want to especially mention the speaking examiner. She was very patient and encouraging, which helped me feel less nervous and express myself more confidently. Overall, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this test center to anyone planning to take a French exam! I wanna also thanks to Karonna and Jenica, you guys are my héros ! LC.

I took my TEF test today, Monday. Everything was organized: the headphones were pretty good, the keyboard worked properly, and the speaking examiner was so polite and nice. The only thing I suggest is to bring your own earplugs(they do not provide them), the place is quiet, but you never know if you will be beside somebody who reads out loud(that's happened to me😮‍💨, thanks to God I brought mine)

I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews about this centre, but I took my TCF exam yesterday and had a very positive experience. All the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I did not face any difficulties throughout the process. I would just like to make one small suggestion: during the speaking exam, it would be helpful if the examiner could speak a little louder. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience smooth and comfortable.

My experience at this exam center was very disappointing. My speaking test was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I arrived at 12:20 PM. I barely had a moment to settle in before the examiner called me. I was not aware that he would be conducting my speaking test, and the whole process felt rushed and unorganized. In addition, I was not allowed enough time to leave my phone outside before entering the examination room. The staff's communication could have been much clearer and more professional. Overall, I would not recommend this exam center. In my opinion, booking an exam here was a waste of money due to the poor organization and stressful experience.

Very disappointing experience. The reading section had technical issues as the computer was not working properly, which caused stress and wasted time. During the speaking test, the examiner spoke very quickly, which gave the impression that it was deliberately challenging to follow the questions.” Overall, the exam environment was not smooth or professional, and improvements are needed in both technical setup and speaking delivery. Not even ready to give one star Do not book your exam here waste of time and money
