Great place for the kids. Lots of floating obstacles and bouncy things. Only reason it doesn't get a 5 is there isn't much beach. What was there was covered by kayaks and sup boards. Decent value. Also have personal watercraft for rent.

Myself and everyone I bring or suggest to this place loves it! So much the staff knows us by name! They have new inflatables the staff and management go out of here way to make you feel like a vip a must do for the summer

We had just as much fun as the kids!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unsafe, poorly staffed facility that is an accident waiting to happen. I was truly scared for my child’s safety during our time at Westlake Watersports. Inexperienced drivers are careening around on jet skis and pontoon boats inches from where large groups of children are swimming and jumping from the water toys. The water toys are anchored with exposed cinder blocks (watch your feet!) in water so shallow that my 9 year old was only up to his waist in some areas. The giant iceberg which should be in at least 12 feet of water (per the manufacturers instructions) was in water that was barely over my head. Someone will jump from one of these structures and break their neck, die or become paralyzed. It’s clear that the staff just wants you to sign their waiver and pay up. No instruction or tips were given to us. They didn’t offer a life jacket to my child and when I asked for one, the teenager basically shrugged his shoulders and said “If you want one”. Clearly they had no regard for safety! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this establishment.

This is by the far the worst business ever! Folks, be warned that this place is horrible. It is run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. We had a paid and confirmed booking for a pontoon boat and had our entire family come from out of town for a day-long rental. When we showed up, the incompetent people running the place said that that our boat had already been rented out, despite proving that we had a paid receipt for our rental. Their response: Too Bad. They make absolutely no effort to say sorry for their mistake, or provide any type of alternative. They were not even willing to provide a refund. They just steal your money, and give you nothing. Absolutely terrible business! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.
