I am a charter bus driver from North Dakota. I needed to dump my holding tank for the washroom on the bus and this campground was more than happy to help me out when nobody else in the Sarnia area would. In the short time I was there I encountered amazing staff and campers who all waved and smiled when a big bus pulled through. They say first impressions are everything and this place gives off one great first impression. It looked to me like this campground has it all. Plenty of room, lots of entertainment and amenities, and a friendly and fun atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to camp in this area and are checking reviews, this is the place to go. Ten minutes in the campground and I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Country View!

It’s a great place for families who don’t eat snacks in their cabin! NOT snack friendly! However, the management is so mean. We stayed there in 2 cabins and even cleaned up our empties after. There was food on the ground from chips and popcorn and obviously the room doesn’t come with a vacuum... I got a call from the management saying “You have been banned, never come back again” confused, I asked him why we were banned and he said that he didn’t even know why he was just told to tell us by the owner to never come back. We drove all the way back to go speak to the owner as we were in complete confusion. We went straight to the owner and offered to even vacuum and clean the room ourselves, she was completely unprofessional and rude and denied our help. I am offended that someone could even treat a person the way we were treated. Said the room “looked like hell” and we even offered to help out... Really upsetting experience.

We were “banned” from the park because there were chips on the ground in our cabin, when offering to vacuum we were yelled at and told to leave. We cleaned up as much as we could but apparently if it isn’t spotless then it isn’t good enough (all we left were crums that would take 2 seconds to sweep up). Vicky the manager was extremely unprofessional and impolite, would not recommend this site strictly due to the poor management.

I've been coming to this campground since I was 19. Every year there are improvements made. It's run well and it's always a great place for families.
