Large campsite, water was a little less than .2 miles away unless you wanted to climb a steep hill. Campsite was beautiful, had several tent pads, a picnic table and 2 benches. Extremely close to Leveaux Mountain Spur loop which had many excellent scenic overlooks.

Didnt do it myself but looked like a good place to set up shop. About 15-20 minutes walking distance from the parking lot.

I've stayed here a couple of times and very much enjoy it. It's very easy to get to from the parking lot, and has lots of room for multiple tents.

Campground nestled in the pines next to ol' Onion River, definitely quiet and definitely beautiful.

Love to run and hike this area. So much to see anytime of the season.
