I am really enjoying going to the boot camp classes. Meghan and Kat do a great job of coming up with programs everyday. There is always something different and challenging. They also encourage and challenge everyone to do their best. Also like the 30 min classes. I don't have a lot of time, so it's perfect.

These ladies have changed my life literally. I have NEVER enjoyed working out my whole life and now, I love it. I look forward to each class and the results are great !!! They’ve given me back my energy level and my confidence!!! If you’re looking for someone to help you finally change, Reps is the place to go !!!!

Kat and her team are amazing! Not only have I lost inches (as I’m not concerned about weight) I have gained self esteem, strength and not to mention how much my husband is loving it!! If you don’t have a lot of time and want results this is the place to be!!! 30 minutes 3/ week!! Love you ladies💜💙💚

I find the 30 min boot camp classes here are a good way for me to get back in to becoming fit, I have lost 5lbs and almost 6 inches overall after 4 weeks and I feel stronger. Kat has now opened up more times for the boot camps, which is awesome, I love that there are now morning classes. Everyone there is judgement-free, so it's a good place if you are intimidated to go to a gym.

Katrina is awesome! So knowledgeable and energetic. Fantastic results, I've lost 15lbs and have become toned. Hope to have her train me for a competition. I highly recommend reps, 5 stars all the way!!
