Lots of long-term residents - many who are friendly and several who are not. Hard to park camper in this campground. Nice pool area. Bathrooms are dated and in need of renovation. Good price close to the city.

This is a nice campground, and staff are very a attentive to their regulars, staff and owner want you to enjoy your stay, facilities are clean and it is quiet. Just don't forget your metal umbrellas, no clothe lines allowed for drying. We made this error and first attempt at communication the English wasn't clear. A few minutes later a man approached and told us we had to clean our site up, and we won't tell you again. The first time she told us no clothes on the fence and nothing else. This man just spoke to us like we were intentionally breaking the rules. He was quite rude. They never gave us a rule book at check in and there is no website to read regulations. We have been to 7 other camp grounds so far this summer and have not had an issue. If we had the rules supplied this would have been avoided. The owner did come to have a chat to let us know that they will now supply the rules at check in, so all should be clear in the future. At first we thought we would return here annually, maybe even park our trailer for the summer, but after this we will not be back. Other drawbacks are if you want family or friends to visit you they will need to pay $5 each and no sink with the toilets.

It's great and quiet unless you go when the neighbors decide to have a party, then be prepared to stay awake all night
