Camp Horseshoe is a place like no other. Upon entrance in the camp you are entered in a brotherhood that will stay with you for the rest of your life. The camp teaches the boys all types of skills whether it be being a better person or how to throw a football. I am impressed every year with all the kids that gather from across the world and all love each other. The environment created here is like no other.

Camp Horseshoe is an amazing place like no other. It has changed my life as well as the lives of hundreds of other young boys and men across the world. After spending 10 summers at Lake Snowden, I am proud to call Camp Horseshoe my second home.

An absolutely fabulous institution I've been lucky enough to be involved with for over a decade. The programming is focused on developing well-rounded campers and giving them the best summer imaginable. A brief review can't begin to do it justice. Take a minute to reach out to the directors; their love of camp and reliability will be immediately clear, and contagious!

I worked there in 2015 at the Ski docks and was counselor in Pioneer and I loved it! Growing up going to a different camp and then coming to the Shoe was an amazing change! The owners, Fran & Jordan Shiner, are absolutely amazing people and even better friends. The camp has amazing grounds and activities and everything is always up to code and clean. The international staff that they hire are amazing. The campers and families are so great and make being a counselor such a joy. I will be returning for several more years to come including the 2016 season. It truly is a home away from home. ALVEEVO to Camp Horseshoe and to the Shoe Spirit!

I was a camper and counselor at Camp Horseshoe for a total of 11 years. The best decision I (and my parents!) ever made was going to Horseshoe when it first opened in 2004. The staff gets better and better every year and the facilities are second to none. It has become a second home for me and, although I no longer work at the camp, I make a point of going back every summer.
