Beautiful campground all the workers are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and we'll kept. The beach is well kept and you are right on the lake at some of the sites.

Nous avons visité ce camping pour un petit weekend en début de saison à la fin du mois de mai. L'accueuil de l'équipe était super et comme nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée, un membre de l'équipe est venu nous aider à nous installer. Le site que nous avons louer était relativement de bonne taille pour notre roulotte de 30' et était vraiment intime. Bordé d'arbre tout le tour c'était parfait. Le lendemain nous en avons profité pour faire le tour à pieds du camping. Nous avons apprécier les rues sinueuses et le site regorge d'arbre mature. Deux parc sont aménagés pour les enfants et même un module de jeux gonflable sous un chapiteau ce qui est parfait pour les journée pluvieuse. Il y a également une piscine chauffée. Le camping est traversé par le chemin blanchette et offre donc quelques sites voyageurs (plus semblable à un stationnement, mais ayant tout de même des services) directement au bord de leur plage privé. Des espaces de quais sont disponibles pour les saisonnier qui désire avoir leur bateau directement au camping sur le Lac Magog. Il y a également un long quai avec un espace pour s'asseoir et pécher. En sommes nous avons vraiment apprécier notre visite du camping Lac Magog. Les sites sont bien, les gens accueuillant et la localisation en fait un endroit paisible mais très près des activités qu'offrent les villes de Sherbrooke et Magog. Nous y retourneront très certainement au courant de l'été afin de profiter pleinement des installations!

Réservation en ligne sans suivi!!! J'ai fait une réservation en ligne pour une tente Bruce, 24 heures à l'avance. J'ai un numéro de contrat et un numéro de confirmation. Rendu sur place lorsque je mentionne ma réservation, la réceptionniste me dit avec mépris que les tentes Bruce n'existent plus! C'est donc impossible que j'aie réservé! Finalement, après vérification, elle voit ma réservation! Elle est désolé, elle n'a rien d'autre à m'offrir et ne peut même pas me confirmer que je suis remboursé pour la réservation! Comment se fait-il que personne ne vérifie à l'avance les réservations faites en ligne??? Pas très fort! Après 2h30 de route, avec notre literie dans la voiture et de la nourriture pour 2 jours, on doit se rabattre sur un hôtel de la région, et voir notre budget de vacances défoncé...
