It’s tidy and clean, which we have found to be a typical cultural characteristic of Quebec. The actual individual campsites are tightly packed, the campers on either side of ours are about 12 ft or 4 meters away. The sites a grassy with small gravel along the path of the camper and towing vehicle. The folks at the office have been pleasant. We know very little French but it has not been a problem since one of the office staff speaks English, as do many of our fellow campers, virtually all of whom have Quebec vehicle tags. We were surprised (and disappointed) to find that a sign on the water supply said that we should boil the water before drinking. It’s the first campground we have visited where the “city” water is non-potable. The showers in the bathhouses a very small and do not have a place to sit. The showers have coin boxes which require a one dollar coin for 7 minutes of showering. The bathhouses are very clean and modern. Fees: There is an additional charge of $1.25 CAD for the use of the Wi-Fi. While the campsite itself costs $40 per day (for water, electric, and sewer), there is an additional 10% charge for taxes. Then, factor in the purchase of drinking water (a local Walmart unless you want to boil the tap water). Nevertheless, $45.25 CAD per day is approximately $35 USD due to the favorable currency exchange rate.

Vraiment une de mes pires expériences de camping à vie. Terrain extrêmement petit, responsable du camping harcelant et aucunement chaleureux. Les chiens des saisonniers se promènent librement dans le camping. Il ne semble pas y avoir de couvre-feux, des gens on festoyés jusqu'à 1 heure du matin un lundi soir. Nous entendons l'autoroute comme si elle était à côté de la roulotte (j'accorde qu'il fallait s'y attendre en choisissant ce camping). Il y a aussi un train qui passe à proximité, les avions et les hélicoptères. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de pelouse donc à la moindre goûte de pluie on se ramasse dans la boue. Certains terrains ont l'air beau, mais ils sont en pente, et une bonne pente !! Par une des rares belles journées chaude d'été, je demande à quelle heure la piscine ferme, 19h00 qu'il me répond. 18h30 elle était fermé ! Il me semble que ça aurait dû être le contraire, fermer plus tard vu qu'il fait enfin chaud ! Ne vaut définitivement pas les $$ demandés !
