We live in Italy and for us it's very important that our children learn English. So we thought it was a good idea to send them to camp Cody to have the gist of the American way of life. Both my kids loved Camp Cody and this Summer will be their fifth year in Freedom. They feel free to enjoy sports and social activities without mum and dad watching over them. They learn so many things they keep talking about Camp Cody for months . They even love the food!

I loved it! Everything there was awesome. From laser tag to a bouncy obstacle course in the middle of the lake, it is a kids dream. The food quality is amazing and the bunks are really clean. I recommend bringing a plastic dresser though because things tend to get lost there a lot. Anyway, there is a bunch of other reason why you should enroll but these are the main reason why. P.S.- The owner of the camp, Philip Ross, is super nice with kids.

Camp Cody is a magical place. My son and daughter have been attending for 4 summers and they look forward to it all year long. Prior to that first summer, I was unsure how I felt about sending them to sleep away camp for 2 full weeks but when I picked them up, it was instantly apparent how happy and self-confident and excited they were about their experience. I have never had any doubts or worries since. The staff at Cody are amazing, the campers are awesome and the activities are lots of fun. The lake is gorgeous. It is my kids favorite place in the world!!

Camp Cody is the perfect New England summer camp. The setting is out of a movie, with the beautiful lake and the mountains behind it. The cabins are rustic, but clean. Everything seems really well cared for. My kids raved about the food, particularly Taco Tuesday. They still talk about the activities and evening programs they did. I love that they have "Camp Moms" whose sole job is to make sure the kids aren't homesick and to facilitate social interactions. It's easy to love a camp when everything is going well, but the true test is when there's an emergency. My daughter had a minor medical emergency while at Cody last year, and I was so impressed by how efficiently and professionally they handled the situation, while keeping me informed every step of the way. It can be hard to entrust your babies to someone else for weeks at a time, but I felt that they were exceptionally well taken care of at Cody, while having the time of their lives. They can't wait to go again next year!

My 8 yr old loved it! This was her first sleep away experience and when we picked her up, the first thing she is asked: "Can I go for 4 weeks next summer?" Camp Cody is beautiful and everything you'd want summer camp to be. Our whole family was very impressed w/ the staff, pre-camp communication and pictures during camp. Our daughter thought it was the best camp ever!
