One of they many new players in the always growing fitness offerings. I recently signed up for their 21 day special. Completely worth the price. Morning, afternoon and evening classes available. Weekends as well. The classes are 30 minutes long; in and out which is great. Friendly and enthusiastic trainers. High tempo music and lots of fun. They push you yet still emphasize to go at your own pace. They offer exercise modifications to compensate for different fitness levels. Workouts are constantly varied to help ward off boredom. Clean location although a little on the small side. Can get crowded at times.

After months if searching for a good group workout gym I found this place and immediately loved it. Thomas, Ian and Sharmaine are all super accommodating and are great trainers! Working out here is a pleasure. I highly recommend this to both beginners and experienced gym goers! The price is also very good compared to other HIIT/circuit training gyms!

Really got hooked after my first free week trial, the 30 minute format fits perfectly into my busy schedule + the staff really go above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of each workout. I highly recommend this place.

Really enjoying this gym!! Although the workouts are only 30 mins long, they are actually very intense and effective. The coaches are super positive and motivating which makes for a great environment and energy. The workouts are never repetitive and the coaches offer many variations to adjust to all levels. Highly recommend to anyone trying t get in shape!

I started going with my 15 yr old daughter in June and we are both obsessed and loving it. The staff is super friendly and encouraging to everyone that walks in the door. The workouts vary from day to day so you can never get bored. The atmosphere is also great. I would recommend this gym to everyone who is serious about making a change! They also look at your diet / nutrition and have one on one seasons to discuss your goals! Love it!
