Camp Ta-Kum-Ta is a magical place. This is the place where kids who have or have had cancer come to be a kid again. Through this camp, kids have been given the opportunity to actually be a kid. This is sometimes the only place where a kid with cancer, does not feel excluded as "the kid with cancer" because every camper here has been in their situation before. There is nowhere else that some of the kids would rather be than at this camp. This camp is supported 100% though donations and volunteers all throughout the year. I am blessed to be part of this organization! Until there is a cure... there is a camp. ~Camp TKT
