Perfect experience! My daughter has been going to Camp Huntington for 6 years. She LOVES it. She receives the best care. Even a medical crisis that interrupted her stay was handled perfectly...AND they wanted her back as soon as the doctors said she could return! I have the utmost confidence in everyone there.

I am from Spain and spent two summers with Camp America in Camp Huntington. Very interesting experience in my life that dates back to 1987 and 1988!!!!. I worked as a counsellor with autistic kids the first year and as a floater the second year. I still remember the names of my campers: Peter, Neil, Chris, .... Both experiences were very enriching for me. I did my best with the kids even if it was very hard...(¡¡¡autistic is a different dimension!!!). I understand parents when I read the comments: if I were them, I would feel very happy to be able to give to my son/daughter the opportunity to be in a place where he/she is going to be taken care of in a nice way. I just happened to see this google site comments as I was checking the website, etc....because I am planning to visit the camp this summer....after 25 years.... ( I am 46 now). I hope to see you soon Camp Huntington!!!! Best regards, Inaki
