Great winter camp experience, food was amazing! However a couple changes need to be made for 5 stars imho. The staff were very hands off and it was hard to know where to go unless you'd been there before. I had no clue where campfire was and the staffer could not give clear directions and would not guide me there (it was dark Andi had no idea where to go after missing my group's departure!) There seemed to be no phone available anywhere and I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi in the lodge so it was impossible to stay in touch with home unless you have cellular and data. We had to figure out where the cabin thermostat was on our own, and beware the ice! It's super slippery, unsanded even around the cabins, and if a cabin in unoccupied they don't have the porch lights on to help with visibility. I would still highly recommend Dallas Valley as a winter camp location but ibwoukd warn whomever of these pitfalls of the location and to be prepared to navigate themselves accordingly.

Amazing staff. Excellent staff. These people are always willing to go above and beyond. We use their facility each year, and each year it exceeds expectations!

I went for years as a kid, now my kids go, and I am so impressed and proud at how it's grown, and I know the impact they have on kids lives. Keep up the great work!
