Can't talk to staff because they don't understand you and you don't understand them

This Tim Hortons gets worse every time we go. The staff are great but some of the customers leave a lot to be desired. Last night there were two tables with 4 persons on each that were probably drunk or on drugs. They were swearing at customers waiting in line and begging for money. Lots of customers including my wife and I left and went to Dr Javas. This is our new coffee shop.
