Either lightning fast or slow as molasses. Nearly impossible to communicate with majority of staff due to severe language barrier... so better than McDonalds or average Tim Hortons these days.

Ice Capps suck from this place, 90% of the time they are mixed poorly or a complete sticky mess requiring napkins to clean up. Staff definetly need to be retrained on how to make a proper ice cap, because what they are doing now is just plain lazy and unnacceptable.

This location used to be one of my favourites. However, new staff and terrible customer service has changed my opinion. They are very fast, but usually don’t make the coffee how I ask. Today I decided to take my coffee back because it was given to me black instead of my usual milk and sugar. The drive thru lady told me “I don’t remember you.” She had a terrible attitude, and was very rude. As she was trying to argue with me, she suddenly walked away from the window, and thought I would drive away. When I spoke to the manager she didn’t have much to say either. Just a terrible experience that left me feeling angry. I will be going to the other timmies in Harbour Landing from now on.

I could sustain myself on their peanut butter cookies alone

I go here pretty much everyday. It's the fastest Tim Hortons I've been to for drive thru. Nice friendly staff. Clean place.
