Okay this has got to be the slowest Tim Horton’s in Canada! Can you not hire staff who are more enthusiastic? Maybe pay a better wage and benefits? It shouldn’t take ten minutes to serve six people on a Sunday morning! This is why Tim Horton’s is losing its brand recognition!

Staff here were really good, there is just clearly not enough of them because I just wasted over half an hour and finally walked out without even taking the food I paid for, just like several others did. So I took down my old 4 star review and will leave them with this because that is truly terrible customer service. Owner needs to have a little respect for their customers and staff unless they are deliberately trying to create a place everybody avoids.

I go to this Tim Hortons frequently as it's super close to both my job and home. The customer service is 1/5 at best, they constantly ignore you at the till until you speak up and always seem to be defensive when it comes to correcting mistakes they've made and tend to be very dismissive. The products are subpar. I've had burnt coffee from here and watered down ice capps. I also don't recommend getting food unless you have an extra 20 minuets for them you make said food. The environment isn't to great either, it's has it's usual crowd of sketchy people of whom they do nothing about. I've been asked while at till for money or for food that I may have with me, and they do nothing. Another important thing to note is that they are never open on time and always close there doors ridiculously early. At best 15 minuets, at worst I've seen an hour. With no sort of explanation. Go here for the convenience of having a tims downtown. But don't expect it to be a good experience.

Great Tim's! The service was quick and the workers are friendly. There's inside and outside seating.

Very RUDE staff. My food was so bad I just left it on the table. Won't be back, stay away from this location.
