Tim Hortons is fine as a Corp, but I’m blown away by how many descent reviews this location gets. I’ve had nothing but poor customer service here and the only reason why I would even go here again is due to working in the area. Staff use a snappy tone of voice with you. The employee said “fine, I’ll help the other customers out then if you don’t want my help” after simply requesting for a moment to figure out your order in the drive through. This isn’t a one time thing either. This is every time I’ve been here. I’m leaving this review because I work in customer service and I know you can’t always be on your best, but I’ve given this business 5 oppertunities to prove me wrong. Not once was it better. Fix this man. You guys have the worst I’ve been to all over the city and possibly the province.

I go to this Tim’s every day with my dev team, and they are always kind and fast. They have gotten to know our orders too, and I swear they sometimes have our drinks ready by the time we finish paying.

Place seems to get cheaper and cheaper... hope they improve their quality, and hire staff that understand what you are saying and ordering...
