Worst Tim Hortons to go to. Poor service. Never listen to the costumer. I ask for an order that i want then they gave me the wrong one then she just turn away from me without saying anything. happened: July 22nd, 2018 (Friday) around 10:50PM (wasn't busy at all). She probably hate taking costumers. Hope the manager will notice this review.

There is a large table near the entrance; very useful for seating a group of 8 iirc.

Wonderful place but staff was not welcoming and no smile at all.

Rarely had anything that I asked for. Two times in a week, I went there and they didn't have anything that I asked for. This is the closest tim hortons to my house. But at this rate, I'd rather go to Tim Hortons Stonebridge . 2018/05/31 4:05pm Update: I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 1. I went there just few minutes ago with my family cause mom was craving some doughnuts. One of our orders was ten pack strawberry timbits, which is my favorite to order. When we were about to leave I tried a piepi of the timbits and noriced that it was hard in texture already. Went back to complain about the quality, but instead of apologizing, the staff that attended said that it's the natural texture of the timbits. She kept making excuses about it instead of diffusing the situation and ensuring customer satisfaction, we had to insist that the quality wasn't up to standard, that's only when she asked if we want to have it replaced. Aweful customer service, this wasn't the first time I received such treatment from this branch. Also, please teach your staff to smile and be jolly with the customers. We felt like she didn't want to be there.

This is THE best Tim Hortons in the city! My hot sandwich was actually hot with MELTED cheese and the coffee was absolutely perfect! Job well done at Timmy's in Rosewood.
