Hands down, this was the most gorgeous part of the Alaskan Highway that I traveled. There are many scenic views within a few miles of this campground, including a quick hike and chance to see wildlife. I saw a brown bear (Grizzly? Not sure, but it was brown) and her cubs right on the side of the road picking for food as well as tons of sheep on the side of the mountains previous to this campsite. I was planning on driving through the area to keep a schedule and ended up camping here for the night just so I could enjoy the area in the morning. The campground itself is very well kept up and had plenty of firewood provided. There are tent-sites on raised platforms within an area protected by an electric bear fence for your convenience, or PLENTY of pull-in sites as well. I stayed in a site which had access to the beach area, definitely a prime spot. Site was $12; WELL worth it.

Great Park. Stayed here 2 nights. I wish people would put their fires out when they go to bed or leave a spot

I love this campground. It has protected tent sites just in case there are bears, there are big back in and pull through sites and you get enough room from your neighbors. They even provide free wood! Do being an axe though. Rates are cheap and it's quiet and safe. There's plenty of walking around to do and you're right on the beautiful lake. There are trails to the beach and it's quiet and big so you can let your dog run around. It's just far enough from town so that's nice as well. Love it!!

One of the best campgrounds in the Yukon. Private sites and free wood for the fires.

For dry camping this was great. Had nice level site next to the lake. Big rig friendly.
