Lots of gravel & some dust. Owners are very knowledgeable about problems you might have & more than willing to help out. GREAT location, can walk to every thing. Ate at their restaurant, really good fish & chips. Will make a point of staying here next time through.

Owner is a character and kind of a bully. We asked about restaurants and he said he wouldn't eat at any of them. Not a big Town booster.

Stopped in to consider staying. Rate quoted seemed high $48.00 for dusty parking lot. Owner offer discount for Good Sam or AAA. We said we don't have those but do have cash. He said it would probably be best for all if we stayed somewhere else. My wife and I we shocked at his attitude. Later around town ( not identifying sources to protect them) we learned we were not alone in being treated very poorly. We left and we're prepared to boondock rather than give him a nickel! Went right down the road to Tag's. Not fancy either but appreciative and helpful. Would give Downtown RV zero stars if that was an option. Hopefully, he finds a buyer before he runs it further into the ground.

I stopped here for the night moving from Winslow, Arizona to Fairbanks, Alaska. The man who works there happened to be looking at my tires and noticed one of the was almost bald. He told me about it and showed me. Something must be wrong with my axel because the complete outer side of the tire was bald but not the inner. I’m so glad he noticed it and showed me. I wasn’t able to buy one in town for my fifth wheel but I’m gonna change it in Fairbanks. I wish more businesses had people like him.
