Clean and comfy. The hotel has a new and modern look to it. The continental breakfast was actually really good. They have discounted passes for Galaxyland at West Edmonton Mall so worth stopping to check in if you are planning to hit the mall. There is a pool but it is on the small side.

One star off for one of the two elevators being out of service and the pool being cleaned for the time we wanted to use it ... otherwise, a very good hotel. Rooms were comfy ... nice tv ... and nice enough size. Staff was friendly. I will definitely come back next visit.

Brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms. We found the rooms much more soundproof than most hotels, and they were also very spacious. The breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet, and convenient underground parking. There is not an in house restaurant or room service apart from the breakfast buffet, but the location is near a number of nice restaurants. Also a short drive to the West Edmonton Mall

Awesome location, really friendly staff, and really ccomfy. Stephen truely made us all smile and got us a kettle really quick from next door so we could make our baby formula. Beds were top notch so we're the pillows . You can hear a bit of noise from above and nearby rooms. The hotel does a good job of putting up signs and a little noise is expected in a busy location like this.
