The location was good, the room was clean and well maintained. My biggest complaint was no freezer department in the rooms mini fridge, but the reception was extremely accommodating by letting us use one downstairs for our ice packs for my daughters medication. The pool was great, but the main pool was a little on the cool side. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable, but fine for kids. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection including waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and other foods as well. Nothing fancy, but a nice variety. I would stay again.

We picked this hotel mainly because it was closed to the West Edmonton mall, so it will always have that going for it. The breakfast was acceptable, after being there for a week I wasn't really sick of it. The waffles were good when they didn't stick to the waffle maker. This hotel also has an arcade with 3 games, one the joysticks don't work, and the other two aren't that fun, but it was still a neat bonus. The beds weren't comfortable and I didn't sleep well the whole time I was there. Overall this was an acceptable hotel experience until the end, when they refused to take my gift card. When we first arrived we asked if we could use our gift card to put towards the total cost of the stay and were told we could, but when we presented the card when we checked out we were told we couldn't, so the hotel stay ended up costing $200 more than I thought it would, and if I knew that I would have stayed somewhere else for a week. I think the practice of not accepting Travelodge gift cards and just lying to customers about it isn't acceptable.

The Hotel is very Clean!! And the staff is so helpful! And the swimming pool is great! And the room is so classy and elegant! I will surely come back here! I’m just hoping that, you guys should add sausage and egg in your breakfast menu. Because Everyone love those hehe. Thank You! 👍🏼

Get rid of Bell!!! No western Canadian news?? This is Edmonton!! Plus absolutely no movie channels. Worst choice of tv providers possible. Beds very uncomfortable with lumpy pillows.

Rooms are small, beds are only doubles. Only 2 pillows for the bed. We called reception to ask for a couple more pillows they said no problem. Not even 30 seconds they call back and tell us there are no extra pillows in the hotel. Had to go down reception in person to complain only for them to miraculously find more pillows from which they had to take from an unoccupied room just to accommodate us. No food after 10 and when asking them where we could get something the response was “I don’t know”. This place is not very accommodating at all and I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location. I have stayed at many other travel lodge and have never experienced anything like this.
