Price and experience are definitely relevant when it comes to our stay. Very affordable option to stay in Edmonton, but seems to draw the wrong crowd with the low prices as well. Security was there at check in, and Police at check out. Definitely no shortage of action during the two nights we stayed. Our experience: great room, clean and well laid out. No real cons or complaints. We got a bag of chips and water bottle on check in and we’re happy with the stay. Where the star is lost is the location and the crowd it draws. Unfourtunately parking is scattered and although we didn’t experience any theft, it seemed like there was a big potential if you were parked on the wrong side of the building. Would stay here again if the price was right, but would stay clear during the busy season in Edmonton. Hopefully this review was helpful, please like it if it was! Thanks

It is a very nice hotel. Liliyana at the reception made a difference truly. It was my first experience with Howard Johnson's Hotels. She was able to get things rights. We will come again.

The hotel was quite nice though a bit dated. Continental breakfast available for all guests. There was a restaurant on site and the hotel is well located. However the area isn't family friendly and quite a few homeless or druggies can be seen in the streets.

Don't waste your time. Old and beds where hard, very noisy at night. Breakfast was a complete joke. Sketchy location.
